"Just finished the first batch of PT with GI. What an improvement! GI is great at stripping back movements to the basics and helping you get those right BEFORE building back up again. GI also pushes hard and will call out no-reps :) no babying here. Small tweaks can make big changes. After six sessions, here's a summary of my improvements. Hang Squat Snatch up 22%; Squat Snatch up 17%; Overhead Squat up 16%; and Strict Pull-ups from struggling with a green band to singles with a red band. Highly recommended to all."
